This domain has been owned privately and continuously since 1999 by me. As a 40% owner of MC2 Pacific, I consented to the domain's use by the company. Following my Notice of Intent to Withdraw in November 2006, in a spirit of goodwill, I consented to its continued use in order to complete an amicable buyout of my shares and interests by Martin Mitchelson, as stipulated in our Shareholder's Agreement.
