This domain has been owned privately and continuously since 1999 by me. As a 40% owner of MC2 Pacific, I consented to the domain's use by the company. Following my Notice of Intent to Withdraw in November 2006, in a spirit of goodwill, I consented to its continued use in order to complete an amicable buyout of my shares and interests by Mr Martin Mitchelson, as stipulated in our Shareholder's Agreement.
Several years later, far from adhering to our Agreement and its mechanisms to fairly value my shares and transfer them amicably, the process has ground to a halt. My attempts to reactivate the process through my solicitor in June 2008 and February 2009 have been contemptuously ignored. Now finding that the business is being sold without my interests being resolved, it appears that Mr Mitchelson has no intention of honoring our agreement, which fuels speculation of reports being falsified.
Given that efforts to resolve this matter amicably and fairly have broken down, as the owner of the domain mc2pacific.com, I hereby withdraw my consent for any further use by MC2 Pacific or any other party pending satisfactory resolution of this dispute and full compensation for my interests in the various companies, their assets and profits, and associated real estate holdings.
