This domain has been owned privately and continuously since 1999 by me. As a 40% owner of MC2 Pacific, I consented to the domain's use by the company. I gave notice of my intention to exit MC2 in July 2006 and, in a spirit of goodwill, I consented to this domain's use in order to complete an amicable buyout of my shares and interests by Martin Mitchelson, as stipulated in our Shareholder's Agreement.
Since that time, documents have been forged and many lies told by MC2 to both discredit me personally and steal my rightful interest in the company. In June 2009, a third party acquired the business from Mr Mitchelson without my knowledge or involvement nor any compensation for my shares.
All hope for an amicable resolution is lost and I therefore withdraw my consent for anyone else to use this domain and reserve all legal rights for myself.
