We worked with senior and line management to develop a detailed strategic risk profile for the newly-merged business, identifying risk categories, risks and risk appetite, and using matrix analysis to compile a risk register. We identified mitigation strategies and also established links between risk register elements and key business performance indicators reported by the company's information systems.

Alinta
We carried out regular independent reviews of the safety case at AlintaGas to assess compliance with the requirements for certification by the WA Office of Energy. The reviews included detailed assessments of the methods used to Identify and evaluate risks associated with pipeline installations and the work of contractors.
In addition to these assignments, detailed risk assessments are a standard feature of the business impact analysis process element of our Business Continuity work, whereby specific threats with potential to disrupt an organisation's functions, resources, assets and supply chain are evaluated, as used in our work with Sydney Ports, GrainCorp, STA, and many others.
